New Delhi, 22st October 2026: Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. a leading player in India’s renewable energy and EV charging ecosystem, has appointed Shivinder Singh Buttar as Vice President of Human Resources. He will lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across the company’s group entities, focusing on talent development, organisational effectiveness, and building a future-ready workforce.
Shivinder brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across renewable energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, and telecommunications. He has held key positions at organisations including INA Solar, Sterlite Technologies, Volkswagen, Škoda Auto, Piramal Healthcare, and Videocon Industries. He holds a PGDM in HR and Operations Management from ITM Group of Institutions and has completed an Executive Development Programme in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. His expertise includes business transformation, talent management, greenfield HR setups, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
