After 16+ yrs in FMCG, stepping into the mining and minerals industry was a real challenge—and a leap of faith. Looking back, it has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career. The learning curve was steep, but the opportunity to accelerate organizational, leadership, and culture transformation across the Asia Pacific Region has been truly enriching.
