Before this appointment, Siddharth was associated with Accenture as Director HR, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation in the organisation. Leading a team of HR professionals, and focused on talent development, performance culture, and leadership development to ensure the success of over 20 thousand employees in India.

He has a proven track record of leading HR functions in various industries, including banking and IT services. His expertise includes People analytics, Strategic HR Partnering and HR transformation. He is passionate about creating a culture of belonging and fostering a high-performing team.
Siddharth holds certifications in Hogan Assessment Systems and LinkedIn’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy.
Siddharth has also worked with Wipro, HSBC, Infosys and JSW Steel.
