Smile Foundation has appointed Shadab Khan as Head – Human Resources. The foundation has also announced other leadership appointments to strengthen its organisational capabilities, people practices, and strategic partnerships as the organisation advances its next phase of growth and social impact.

Shadab Khan brings over two decades of human resources leadership experience across corporate sector, development organisations, and social enterprises. She has worked with VisionSpring, Population Foundation of India and the United States-India Educational Foundation etc.
Her domain of expertise includes talent and performance management, organisational development, leadership onboarding, change management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and staff well-being. she will lead the Human Resources function and strengthen people practices.
