Simpolo Tiles and Bathware has appointed Subhanish Malhotra as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a key leadership addition as the company continues to strengthen its organisational capabilities.
At Simpolo Tiles and Bathware, he is expected to play a critical role in advancing people practices, leadership development and culture-driven performance frameworks to support the group’s long-term growth agenda.

Prior to joining Simpolo Group, he served as Vice President – Human Resources at Welspun World where he was instrumental in enhancing leadership capability, driving workforce transformation, and aligning human capital strategy with business growth across multiple locations.
Malhotra brings with him extensive experience in people strategy and large-scale HR transformation across manufacturing, textiles and consumer-facing sectors.
Subhanish has also worked with Arvind Limited, Asian Paints, and Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
