Cargill has appointed Swaminathan Chandrashekhar as Director, HR Business Partner and Head of HR, India Capability Center.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Chandrashekhar wrote, “I’ve joined Cargill as Director, HR Business Partner and Head of HR, India Capability Center. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organisation known for its long-term stewardship, strong values, and focus on doing what’s right. The chance to partner with leaders at scale and support complex, evolving businesses aligns closely with how I approach people and leadership work.

Before this appointment, Chandrashekhar was associated with Eli Lilly and Company as Director of HR . He was the organisation for about six years.
Chandrashekhar has also worked with Infosys, Citi and TAPMI.
