The Case Method: Teaching Minds Not Memories
The future belongs not to those who can memorize answers, but to those who can analyse problems, evaluate alternatives, and act with judgment. The Case Method offers a powerful roadmap for nurturing these capabilities.

India produces millions of graduates every year, yet a quiet crisis is unfolding in our education system. Our classrooms focus more on teaching students what to think than on developing their ability to think independently.
The prevailing “chalk-and-talk” method of instruction emphasizes memorization and examination success rather than deep understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving. As a result, many graduates leave with degrees in hand but struggle to navigate the complex, uncertain, and ever-changing realities of the workplace.

The statistics paint a troubling picture. A recent Primus Partners report reveals that only 9% of Indian students exhibit a high level of readiness in critical thinking and research skills, while one in five students lacks adequate problem-solving capabilities. Even more concerning is the finding that nearly 75% of classroom learning in India continues to rely on rote memorization.
