Wellbeing is a journey and not a destination
Implementing an Employee Wellness Program can bring significant benefits to both employees and employers. It can enhance employees' overall wellness, reduce healthcare costs, improve productivity, and create a positive company culture.

While employee wellness is getting priority in Organisations, bullying as its counter is also prevalent. How do you define these two aspects and its presence in work culture?

PA Wellbeing is a sustainable state of feeling good and functioning well in our lives and in our work. Achieving this requires wellbeing physically, mentally, socially, and purposefully investing time and energy in things that truly motivate.
One way of understanding wellbeing is how well people are able to thrive – whether they feel positive emotions, can function well in teams, can respond to challenges and make meaning in their lives and work – even as things change.

On the other hand, bullying means directly or indirectly inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more employees.
