What’s in The Vocabulary of Gen-Z?

One might think that new buzzwords or jargon are added to the lexicon as and when some new phenomenon appears in our day-to-day life. Few become official by entering dictionaries, and a few remain unofficial but still mark a strong presence in our lexicon. We all become curious to know these words and bring them into general parlance. For human resources management professionals, it is important to understand the latest trends and buzzwords to deal with the people who are not only using them but executing them. It helps all of us to not become absolute. Enhancing our understanding leads to better policy formulations. These will make the organisation ready for the future of work. Those who remain ignorant of these upcoming trends may become obsolete.
