Yashpal Singh has been appointed Associate Vice President (Head HR) at Ravi Infrabuild Projects Limited, where he will lead the organization’s end-to-end HR strategy to support the organization’s growth and evolving business needs. His mandate spans people strategy, DEI initiatives, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, employee relations, rewards, and HR digitization.

Prior to this appointment, Yashpal Singh served as Head – HR at DP Jain Group, where he oversaw the entire HR function. He has also held senior HR leadership positions at J Infratech Limited, Ceigall India Limited, S A Infrastructure Consultants Private Limited, and Era Infra Engineering Limited. He works closely with business leadership to align people strategies with large-scale infrastructure objectives, ensuring maximum productivity, statutory compliance, and cost-effectiveness in complex, labor-intensive, and multi-site environments.
Across his career, he has developed deep expertise in HR transformation, employee relations, performance management, and large-scale workforce leadership. His experience spans diverse infrastructure sectors, including Highways, Railways, Bridges and Flyovers, Metro Rail, Airports, MEP, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), EPC, Power, Real Estate, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
