Samar Srivastava has joined Dixon Technologies India Limited as Vice President (HRD & Administration).
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Samar Srivastava was associated with Havells India Ltd. as Vice President, Human Resources.

With a career spanning 39 years having an in-depth experience in translating business strategic objectives into comprehensive and concrete HR plans, combining change management with talent and career management, Samar judgments on people and situations, influencing and negotiation skills while dealing with people issues across different cultures and including handling difficult topics like trade unions and social pressure groups brings quality and satisfaction based on peer feedback.
He gained expertise in handling mergers and acquisitions, recasting the Management team, leading a transformation agenda, and aligning and empowering the team to achieve results.
Samar Srivastava has also worked with Huhtamaki PPL, Jet Airways (India) Limited, Crompton Greaves, Tata Ryerson Limited, and Tata Steel.
