Ravindra Pareek has joined Jindal Saw Limited as Sr. General Manager- HR at Samaghogha Mundra location in Gujrat.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Before this appointment Ravindra was associated with Adani Cement as Head HR.

Ravindra with 26 Year Experience in the domain of HR, Industrial Relations, Engagement, CSR , Land acquisition, Purchase, Legal at multistate locations with reputed business groups in the sector of Textiles, Chemicals, Ready Mix Concrete & Wall care Putty , Birla White & Ultratech Cement of Ultratech Cement Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group ), has gained very relevant and practical experience of all HR vertical in various Green Field Projects . Member of team who successfully completed integration of JP cement Units team to UtraTech Cement . Ravindra has equally gained expertise in Handling multiple Unions, Long term wage settlement and employee engagement activities through CSR.
Ravindar has also worked with Ultratech Cement, Birla White,Jain Group and Maharaja SheeUmaid Mills.
