Abott Healthcare has elevated Manoj Gupta to Director Human Resources -HR, India.
Manoj has confirmed this development through asocial media post stating, “Thrilled to share that I’ve been appointed as Director – Human Resources at Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd. This marks a meaningful milestone in my journey—over 17 incredible years at Abbott, shaped by inspiring mentors, supportive colleagues, and transformative experiences,”
Manoj Further said, “I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities to contribute, grow, and lead alongside some of the most passionate and incredible business and HR leader. Following 16 years of glorious service with the Indian Armed Forces, my humble beginning in the corporate world in 2007 has been nothing short of fulfilling and most rewarding one.”

Manoj has been with Abbott for more than 17 years in different positions, and recently as Associate Director HR- Medical Devices and Diagnostics India Region. He started with Abbott as Manager-Talent Acquisition.
During his HR professional career, he has partnered closely with cross-functional teams, supported strategic business transformations, implemented structured development programs, and fostered a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Through customized HR solutions and a deep focus on people and performance, He continued to empower smarter decision-making and enable sustainable growth across the organization.
Manoj has also worked with JetkingInfotrain. Before that, he was with the Indian Air Force.
