POSH Workshops : The Thrilling Art of Exorcising Workplace Vibes
HR is seen frantically looking for the company's POSH policy. The document is not read for its legal merit. It is frantically skimmed for one specific, life affirming detail: The name of the External Member of the Internal Committee (IC).

The HR wing is a sanctum of neutrality, pristine air, vanilla diffusers, and the soft hum of resignation processing. But utter the forbidden, four-letter word, POSH, and the atmosphere instantly changes. The diffusers are violently unplugged. The humming stops. And the HR team is suddenly bathed in the cold, blue light of pure xistential corporate terror.

The moment a communication with the subject line “Formal POSH Complaint Filed” hits, the HR team’s blood pressure starts fluctuating. An emergency meeting is instantly activated. HR staff abandon half-eaten lunches and the HR Panic Team (the chief and two anxious associates) retreat to the newly christened ‘War Room’. The only phrase being spoken for the first 10 minutes is a series of hushed, horrified ‘Oh my Gods.’
