Granules India Limited has announced changes in its senior management team. Vinodkumar Parur, , will become the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective November 17, 2025. The current CHRO, Atul Dhavle, has resigned and will leave the company after notice period.
With over 24 years of experience in HR leadership, Parur brings expertise in HR function setup for IPOs, M&As, HRMS implementation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Before this appointment, Vinod was associated with RR Kabel Limited as Chief Human Resource Officer for more than four years.

Parur holds a master’s degree in management studies (Human Resources) from PIMSR, Mumbai University, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics from NMIMS, Mumbai University.
He has also worked with A.T.E. Group and Schindler India.
