Naxatra Labs, a deeptech startup focused on electric motor design and manufacturing, has appointed Vijay Nair as Head – Human Resources and Administration.

With over 30 years of distinguished experience, Mr. Nair has been associated with leading organizations across industries, bringing deep expertise in HR leadership, administrative governance, and people-centric management. His career is marked by a strong commitment to building robust systems, nurturing organizational culture, and driving operational discipline.

Prior to joining Naxatra Labs, Nair was associated as Head – HR & Administration at the International Centre of Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate).
Founded in 2021 by Abhilash Maurya, Arnav Biswas and Piyush Verma, Naxatra Labs designs and manufactures high-efficiency electric motors for electric vehicles and industrial applications. The company operates in the deeptech segment, focusing on indigenous motor technology aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
