Ather Energy Limited, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, appoints Surabhi Loshali as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective 5 January 2026.
Prior to this appointment, Surabhi Loshali was associated with Strides as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Surabhi Loshali brings over 20 years of experience in human resources Leadership, Spanning People Strategy, Talent Management, Organisation Development, Large-scale Transformation, People Analytics, and Culture Building. Her career cuts across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. She has worked globally with clients from Americas, Europe and Asia region.
Surabhi Loshali has also worked with Grant Thornton LLP, Aon, and Evalueserve.
