Duroflex Group, has announced the appointment of Arkadeb Chakraborty as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, he will lead Duroflex Group’s people strategy with a strong focus on talent excellence, governance, and strengthening future-ready organisational capabilities.
Prior to this appointment,, Arkadeb was associated with Darwinbox, as Director- Customer Success where he led a $6 million-plus portfolio, driving HR technology transformation across more than 130 organisations, with responsibilities spanning P&L and Net Revenue Retention.

With over 16 years of experience across business and HR leadership roles, Arkadeb brings deep expertise in building scalable people systems, leading complex transformations, and partnering closely with leadership teams to drive sustainable growth.
His career also includes significant leadership roles at Godrej Consumer Products, where he headed HR for the SAARC region as a P&L partner and led Sales HR for India, as well as at Godrej Agrovet, where he was part of the organisation’s journey towards becoming a listed company. Arkadeb has worked extensively across Sales and Manufacturing HR, partnering closely with business leaders to drive scale and performance.
