He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prashant has been with the company for about 7 years .Prior to this elevation, Prashant served as Senior Area Manager HRBP – Global Wires and Senior Area Manager – Rewards & Industrial Relations at Tata Steel, where he played a key role in shaping compensation frameworks, managing union negotiations, implementing social security schemes, and driving digital HR initiatives and M&A integration across Tata Steel India and group companies.
