Sanjeev Sharma has joined Tata Electronics as Director of Talent Acquisition.
Confirming the development, Sanjeev said in a social media post, “ I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new role as Director – Talent Acquisition at Tata Semiconductors (Tata Electronics ). Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to building India’s semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Tata Electronics is creating a trusted, end-to-end semiconductor value chain for global customers. Spanning EMS, Chip packaging, Foundry, and Design services, the ambition is bold and future-focused. I look forward to building high-impact, future-ready teams at scale”
Sanjeev is a Seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with 18+ years of experience, primarily in the Semiconductor and Telecom Product development industry, building and executing recruitment strategies that support the overall business goal.

A Diversity and inclusion evangelist, Sanjeev worked closely with the D&I team, company leadership, and Employee Resource Groups to align the D&I recruiting program with the company’s D&I and business goals. He Played a strategic Talent Acquisition leadership role across multiple NXP mergers & acquisitions with a 100% success rate and leading end-to-end staffing strategy, due-diligence assessments, compensation alignment, job architecture mapping, and seamless integration for acquisitions.
He has Driven the TA function for India while supporting other Global Markets, with strong leadership experience in transforming business strategy into talent acquisition plans through process innovation. He gained Experience in strategising and attracting niche and high-volume talent across levels, including Leadership hiring, University Relations, Talent Operations, Vendor management, and Contingent Workforce.
Sanjeev has also worked with NXP Semiconductors, Freescale Semiconductor, Tejas Networks and ALP Consulting.
