Olectra Greentech Limited announced the appointment of Suhas Athma as Vice President-Human Resources, designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective February 6, 2026.

Athma brings over two decades of expertise in strategic HR management, performance management systems, employee and industrial relations, and change management. His professional experience spans diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, auto ancillary, telecommunications, and consulting.
Before joining Olectra Greentech, Athma held senior HR leadership positions at organizations such as Telenor India, Syngenta, and ETS India Pvt. Ltd, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He is PG in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
