CMS Info Systems has announced the appointment of Saurabh Chaudhury as Sr. Vice President & Head HR following the superannuation of Sanjay Singh CHRO. Saurabh will now lead the HR function of the company.
The company disclosed this change in compliance with SEBI listing regulations, marking a planned leadership transition in its human resources function.
Saurabh Has been with the organisation since 2021.

With more than 16 years of experience across HR leadership roles in Centres of Excellence, Organisation Design, Rewards, Talent Strategy, Employee Relations and Business Partnering, across geographies, Saurabh has worked across high-growth and large, complex organizations, partnering closely with leadership teams to align people strategy with business priorities, particularly during phases of transformation, scaling, and market expansion.
Saurabh has also worked with Godrej, Udaan, Aditya Birla Group among others.
