Shweta Mhatre has joined Lakmé Lever as Head – Human Resources & Training.

Before this appointment Shweta was associated with L’Oréal as Human Resources Business Partner – Operations, SAPMENA Zone .
Shweta has an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development Shweta has also worked with Philips and Centrum India.
