Tilaknagar Industries Limited, a leading Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer (CPO). She will report to the Chairman & Managing Director and will be based at the company’s Head Office in Mumbai, effective immediately.
According to the company’s statement, Ameya Deshpande, who had been handling the human resources function on an interim basis, will now return to focusing fully on his primary responsibilities, including corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Before joining Tilaknagar Industries, Bajwa was Group Head – Talent & Engagement at Landmark Group, Middle East.
Bajwa is a senior HR Professionalwith over 22 years of experience across diverse sectors, including retail, e-commerce, technology, banking, consulting and infrastructure, working with both Indian and global organisations. She brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of human resource management, including talent and succession management, leadership development, organisation design, performance and rewards, workforce planning, culture transformation and HR digitisation. She has also led large, multicultural teams across geographies.
Ina also served as CHRO at Tata 1mg, Tata Digital ,Tata Communications, HSBC and Essar Group.
