Ravindra Dandekar has joined Raunak Group as Vice President- Human Resources.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Ravindra said, “Few days ago, I just began an exciting new journey as Vice President – Human Resources at Raunak Group. Before this appointment, Ravindra was associated with Mayfair Housing as General Manager & Head -HR.

In his new role, Ravindra’s focus will be on designing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies aligned with business growth and transformation, building high-performance cultures through a robust Performance Management and Leadership Development framework and developing capability-building strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness and organisational readiness.
