HDFC Pension Management Company Limited has appointed Hetal Javeri-Nandu as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Hetal will lead the company’s people strategy, with responsibility for talent development, employee engagement, leadership capability and organisational culture.
Welcoming Hetal on board, the company in a social media post said, “We are delighted to welcome Hetal Javeri-Nandu as our Chief Human Resources Officer at HDFC Pension. An MBA in Human Resources, Hetal brings over 16 years of rich experience across HR functions in the BFSI sector. Her expertise in talent strategy, organisational design, and people development will be instrumental in strengthening our people practices and shaping the future of HDFC Pension.
