Dimple Kaloya has joined MetLife Global Capability Centres (MGCC) as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Before this appointment, Dimple was associated with HSBC as Head of Human Resources- GSC India and GSC HTCs.
Dimple is an experienced HR leader in helping organisations attract, align, and retain talent. Her area of expertise lies in providing subject-matter expertise to CXOs in mitigating people risks and helping them realise the untapped potential of their workforce.
Dimple has also worked with E&Y, Aon and WNS Global Services among others.
