“One of the immediate priorities following the acquisition has been cultural integration. Rather than enforcing a single way of working, the focus has been on understanding the strengths, practices, and aspirations of teams from both organisations. This inclusive approach has enabled constructive dialogue, smoother transitions, and enhanced employee engagement. Through an emphasis on open communication, leadership connect sessions, and structured change‑management initiatives, the HR function is playing a pivotal role in supporting employees through change with confidence. The objective remains clear: to build a high‑performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose. “ Said Rao.
