Arvind Fashion has appointed Lakshmi Krishnan as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Company in a statement, has confirmed this development.
Before joining AFL, Lakshmi was with Unilever, where she led HR for Corporate Functions at its global headquarters in London and partnered with senior leadership to drive large-scale transformation across a 5,000+ employee base. She has also led HR for Unilever’s Global Procurement business, driving inclusion, capability building, and performance transformation at scale.
