PK One of the most substantial blind spots organisations continue to overlook while engaging Contract labour is treating them predominantly as a cost optimisation tool instead of treating them as a vital part of the organisational ecological unit. As seen, the substantial money is invested by the promoter on Technology, Productivity enhancement, Legal Compliance systems and Employee Engagement (EE) activities for permanent staff, Contract workers often remain outside the domain of elongated people policy and their governance.
