Before this appointment, Dipeeka was associated with ByteDance as HR operations Leader where she led ByteDance India HR Operations Efficiency and Employee Experience Team and APAC HR Services.

She specialises in Employee Relations, HR Operations, Shared Services, Benefits, Compliance, and POSH, with a strong focus on building fair, consistent, and people-centric workplaces. She brings deep expertise in managing complex employee matters, partnering with business and legal stakeholders, and driving process excellence across geographies. Her experience includes leading cross-border initiatives, enabling digital transformation, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing overall employee experience while aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
