Eklavya has been associated with the Accenture from last 1.10 year in different position and recently as Talent Strategy Lead – Accenture Operations – India & Sri Lanka before elevation to the post of Learning & Leadership Development Lead – Accenture Operations.

Eklavya has previously worked with Dalmia Bharat Group as Head – Nalanda – Leadership, Learning and Change (LLC) Head – Nalanda – Leadership, Learning and Change (LLC) for around 3 years.
With around 20 years of experience leading Learning & Leadership Development, Eklavya has led learning & development for Dalmia Bharat Group and Aon’s consulting business in Asia-Pacific region. Eklavya has also worked with McKinsey, Hewitt and Citibank in various consulting and HR roles and have interned with Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Eklavya carries a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM&IR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
