Emaar India has appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief Human Resources Officer.
She will lead the HR agenda with a focus on talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and building a high-performance culture aligned with business growth.
Before this appointment, Neha was associated with Info Edge India as Executive Vice President.

With 22 years’ experience in leading variety of HR Leadership roles, across multiple geographies in India and abroad, across Tech and Industrial Tech sector, Shenoy has held senior HR leadership roles across multiple industries. She is a transformational HR leader with strong expertise in wing-to-wing HR: Strategic HR Business Partnering, Organization Change, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Learning and Staffing.
Neha also worked with Cairn Oil and Gas, Honeywell, Reckitt, Microsoft and Adobe, GE, Fidelity Investments and Larsen & Toubro.
