Gunjan Gupta has joined Pramerica Life Insurance as Deputy Vice President and Head HR Business Partner.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Gunjan was associated as Head of HR with Diligent Global for than three years.
A HR professional with 16+ years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR functions (Operations, MIS, Recruitment, Training & development, Employee Engagement, & Compensation). Gunjan is thought influencer who generates and implements new and innovative ideas & strategies to ensure effective engagement of employees with assured stakeholder participation. She has experience of working across industries like Real estate, Travel, Information technology & services, and BPO’s. An ardent communicator and a team leader with ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels Gujan is resourceful in managing entire processes related to HR & Adroit in number crunching exercises and analyzing data prerequisite for compensation & MIS.
Gujan has also worked with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, DLF Ltd. and Indiabulls.
