TS When I look at 2026, I genuinely feel we’re standing at a leadership crossroads. And interestingly, human-centric leadership is not a new concept at all. It has existed in our ecosystem for generations. Leaders who connected with people, understood emotions, and led with humility have always been admired. But what has changed today is the urgency andscale of its necessity. The behavioural fabric within organisations has become far more complex. Hybrid structures, multigenerational teams, shifting expectations, and heightened emotional sensitivities are reshaping how people experience work. In such an environment, the traditional model of leadership defined by structure, hierarchies, authority, and a certain emotional distance that was once considered “professional” simply doesn’t hold anymore. Employees now expect their leaders to show up as humans first and managers second.
