She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Nitun a was associated with First Citizens India as Human Resources Operations Manager.

A HR Operations Leader with 14+ years of experience driving global HR shared services, people operations, compliance, and HR transformation across fast-growing organisations and GCC environments, Nitun is a quick learner with a strong ability to absorb new systems, processes, and policies. She specialises in building scalable HR operating models that enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience.
Her expertise spans end-to-end HR Operations, HRIS implementation, payroll governance, labor law compliance, and HR analytics. She has successfully transitioned global HR processes into India, set up and led high-performing HR Operations teams, and delivered automation initiatives that significantly improved accuracy, turnaround time, and service delivery.
She has also worked with Quantiphi, Applied Materials, INSZoom, and Manhattan Associates.
