Anger is a sign that you need to take constructive action. Anger is a source of energy to get things done and to solve problems. The goal of learning to manage anger is to minimise the negative Consequences.

Anger is a completely normal, healthy human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems at work, in personal relationships, and in the overall quality of one’s life. This article gives us a peek into the elements of anger and anger management and emphasises the need for Indian HR & line Managers to help in its management.

Anger becomes a problem if it is too often, too intense, lasts too long, leads to aggression, disrupts work or relationships and at its worst, anger can lead to loss of employment and damage or destroy relationships. So what causes anger? Some of the anger-provoking situations might include frustrations, irritations, abuse and unfairness. Some situations may fall into more than one category.
