Despite an increasing number of job seekers, when hiring begins, a different picture emerges. Many candidates have the right degrees or experience on paper, yet struggle to apply what they know, communicate effectively, or handle situations that aren’t clearly defined. At the same time, organisations often expect someone who can step in and start delivering immediately, with very little time spent on development. The real problem lies in this mismatch of expectation and reality.
