ESIC omits Sec.51B, withdraws lower contribution incentive to new area industries

ESI by deleting the Sec.51B has made ESI contribution rate applicable to all industries at par. Earlier the contribution rate was lower for industries where ESI was made applicable for the first time for a period of two years.
