GlobalLogic has appointed Kavitha Ramaiah as Head Director of People Development.
Prior to this appointment, Kavitha was associated with Aspen Technology as Sr. HR Manager.

Demonstrated success in M&A integration, workforce transformation, and HR operations, delivering measurable business impact such as improved retention, reduced time-to-hire, and increased employee engagement. She is Recognized for building scalable HR frameworks that support growth and innovation.
Kavitha has also worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions, Headstrong and Genisys Software.
