SJ In my experience at Neosym, the “science of employee experience” represents a shift from intuition-led HR practices to a structured, evidence-based approach that continuously measures, analyses, and improves how employees experience the organisation. It is about understanding the complete employee lifecycle- from hiring, onboarding, and skill development to performance, engagement, and retention- through a combination of data, observation, and real-time feedback.

In a manufacturing environment, especially in casting and foundry industry, employee experience is deeply influenced by operational realities such as shift structures, physical working conditions, managerial effectiveness, and availability of support services.
