Salil Chinchore has joined Rustomjee as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Salil said, “ After an incredible 4-year journey at ElasticRun , where I had the opportunity to learn, build, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-scaling, tech-led organisation, I’m excited to share that I’ve moved on to a new chapter.
I’ve joined Rustomjee as Group CHRO. Rustomjee’s strong legacy and forward-looking approach to real estate make this an exciting space to shape people strategy and drive impact at scale.”
Before this appointment, Sali was associated with ElasticRun as Chief Human Resource Officer.

Salil brings 29 years of rich and diverse experience in Human Resources Function as well as in General Management with reputed organisations. He is consistently rated high and rewarded with challenging assignments throughout his career.
He successfully led diverse HR responsibilities in areas of Organisation Strategy & Design, Talent & Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Global HR, Labour Relations & Collective Bargaining, Change Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Salil has also worked with Godrej Agrovet, Pidilite, TE Connectivity, among others.
Salil has been a regular contributor to Business Manager.
