Skoda Auto has promoted Pooja Hegde to the position of OD Specialist.
She has been with the organization from more than 14 years in different positions.
Before this elevation, she was functioning as Head Of Human Resource (Sales And Marketing) where she led people strategy for ŠKODA, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini across India. The role covered talent acquisition, performance systems, leadership hiring, HR governance, mobility processes, and group-wide HR integration during a period of portfolio expansion and organizational transformation.

With extensive experience leading HR for global automotive brands and earlier exposure across media, hospitality, and retail, She brings a grounded, business-aligned approach to building workforce capability and strengthening organizational performance. Her work consistently centered on clarity, structured processes, and measurable outcomes that elevate both talent quality and business execution.
Over the years, Pooja has partnered with leadership teams across luxury, premium, and mass-market segments, enabling them to scale effectively through disciplined manpower planning, strengthened performance frameworks, development programs, and hiring strategies that reinforce long-term readiness. Her assignments have spanned enterprise HR, business partnering, leadership hiring, job evaluation, mobility programs, and HR governance, giving me a comprehensive lens on how people systems influence business momentum.
