Srinivasan J joins Pine Labs as Head – HR Services

Srinivasan J has joined Pine Labs as Head – HR Services.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Srinivasan J was associated with Diageo as Vice President-HR Operations, Diageo Business Services India for about 6.7 years.

Srinivasan J is a talented HR professional with 26+ years of experience, of which 13 years in the areas of HR Transformation & HR Operations in a Shared Services environment. During his career stint, he has been in various HR roles – HR Generalist, Head of Reward and Benefits, HR Transformation Lead and Head of HR Shared Services. He is a thought leader and instrumental in driving the larger HR Agenda and partnering change with Business and Global HR Transformation team.

Srinivasan J has also worked with Vodafone, Concio Inc and Hutchison Max Telecom Orange.
