Sujata Yadav has joined Metso as Vice President – Human Resources (MEI).
Before this appointment, Sujata was associated with Gates Corporation as Head HR.
With 18+ years of experience, Sujata gained expertise in leading global HR and business transformation initiatives across multi-site operations, engineering centres and commercial organisations. Her focus has been on aligning people strategy with business priorities, scaling future-ready workforces, advancing DE&I and shaping high-performing cultures.

She brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, organisational transformation, leadership and succession development, change management and HR digitisation. She emphasises clarity, cultural alignment and sustainable growth – whether building inclusive leadership pipelines, embedding future-focused HR models, or strengthening employee engagement at scale.
MBA and PG in HR from XLRI, Sujata has also worked with Smiths India, Emerson Network Power, DENSO, and UNO MINDA Group.
