Tata Projects has promoted Shirley Burla to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Shirley has been with the organization for about three years and was positioned as Vice President & Head HR, Energy and Industrial Business.

Shirley has 25+ years of global HR leadership across diverse industries including semiconductor facilities, giga factories, data centres, refineries, green fuels, roads, bridges, integrated rail & metro systems, commercial building & airports, power generation, transmission & distribution systems, chemical process plants, water & waste management, and mining & metal purification systems. She is partnering with business leaders to align people strategy with high growth ambitions – attracting top talent, developing leaders, driving performance, and enabling cultural and digital transformation.
She is passionate about building high-performing teams, inclusive workplaces and developing future-ready leaders.
Shirley has also worked with Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Siemens, MSL (Global) and Genesis BCW.
