Vedanta Limited has appointed Pallavi Bhatia as its Chief Human Resource Officer for the Aluminium business.
Before this appointment Pallavi was associated with Pernod Ricard as Regional HR manager.

Pallavi is resultdriven HR Leader with two decades of experience in full-spectrum of HR. She is Adept at driving business outcomes through strategic HR leadership, talent management, and operational excellence with expertise in setting up HR functions, delivering result driven solutions, and spearheading transformational initiatives with a focus on cost optimization, digitization, change management, talent management, organization development, employee engagement, and industrial relations. She possesses a proactive attitude, capability to conceptualize and implement initiatives, and a never-ending zeal to improve and improvise.
Pallavi has also worked with MinovaRunaya, Goodyear India, ATG Tire, Cavendish Industries and Birla Tyres.
