Suresh Babu has joined Ramraj cotton Group as Group Chief Human resource Officer.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Suresh said, “ I am delighted to share that today I have joined Ramraj Cotton as Group CHRO. Looking forward to contributing to the organisation’s growth journey, strengthening people practices, and creating a culture of excellence together with the leadership team.Grateful for the support and encouragement I have received throughout my career, and eager to embark on this new chapter.”
Before this appointment, Suresh Babu was associated with Bonfiglioli India as Vice President-HR for more than 10 years, where he successfully managed HR / ER and Administration for the India region with multiple locations for the full value chain.

Suresh is a Composite Human Resources Professional with 26+ years’ experience in partnering with Engineering Manufacturing, R&D, Captive Centers, HR Shared Services, and Sales business units across leading employers in India. He demonstrated expertise in driving critical People processes such as Strategic Human Capital, Talent Management (Acquisition to Development), HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, HR Policies & Processes harmonisation, and so on.
Suresh has also worked with Danfoss, Schneider, and Reliance Retail, among others.
