SS If we examine internal talent ecosystems, one of the most significant disruptions is the growing pressure to remain relevant-both in terms of time and subject matter. This race for relevance has been significantly accelerated by the rapid integration of AI into the workplace. Today, time-based and thought-based relevance are evolving almost simultaneously, with virtually no “lag,” creating a new intensity in how talent is evaluated.

This shift is beginning to challenge traditional notions of talent meritocracy. As employees increasingly leverage AI to enhance their output, the boundary between human capability and machine augmentation is becoming increasingly blurred.
