Sterlite Technologies has appointed Anshu Mordia as Chief Human Resource Officer. Her appointment is effective from April 29th 2026.
Before this appointment, Anshu was associated with FCM Travel India, as Director for People and Culture.

Mordia brings close to two decades of experience across consulting, logistics and travel sectors, with a focus on organisational transformation and workforce strategy. She will be leading the company’s human resources function and driving people strategy aligned to business growth to Strengthen organisational capability and culture. She is also experienced in large-scale HRIS implementation and diversity and inclusion initiatives, according to company information.
She has also worked with DP World, Maersk Tankers and FedEx Express.
